Hawke is a Commanding Officer from Black Hole. He made his debut in Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, and was last seen in Advance Wars: Dual Strike. He does not specialize in any particular unit, but all those under his command receive a slight attack boost. He is initially portrayed as being cold and calculating, caring for nothing but power.
